Description du contenu de l'enseignement
The course aims at understanding the main approaches, concepts and specificities of project management in the case of international R&D projects.
Compétences à acquérir
After completing this course the students should:
- Understand project management principles in general and more specifically in the case of R&D, innovation and creativity
- Understand corporate R&D strategy and organisation
- Understand the impact of internationalization on R&D projects and practices.
- Apply the concepts to a specific case of corporate R&D project.
