Description du contenu de l'enseignement

The course will address issues in designing and implementing innovative strategies and business models in the contemporary business context with a particular focus on the role of strategic management accounting and data analytics. The course will aim to: • challenge traditional views of strategic management in the modern context of complexity, uncertainty and digitalization; • explain forward-looking concepts and performance management frameworks for monitoring of strategic performance ; • introduce the role of data analytics in implementing creative dynamic business models The course is based on an on-line business case role play simulation where students work in project teams to develop their knowledge of the business case and propose a solution to the business problem in the case scenario. This course will help students prepare for careers in the consultancy sector by enhancing their skills in understanding and solving complex business issues, as well as creativity and teamwork skills.

Upon completion of this course, students should be able to
- (level 4) Analyze the firm innovation situation
- (level 1) Define the relevant tools
- (level 2) Present the current situation of an innovation
- (level 2) Assist the CIO in decision making
