Compétences à acquérir

-calculate masses, quantities of matter, yields, concentrations.
-describe an atom in term of elementary particles and know the difference between atom, element, isotope, ion...
-read the periodic table and compare some properties of elements (electronegativity, size, valency...)
-make the link between quantification of energy and the observed atomic spectrum for hydrogen and hydrogene-like atoms.
-represent the atomic orbitals -determine the electronic configuration of any atom of the periodic table.
-draw the Lewis structure for simple molecules or compounds composed of 1st and 2nd raw of the periodic table.
-compare bonds in term of force and length.
